TEAM BUILDING | TRAINING ACTIVITY

Each activity has gone through a specific risk assessment, thus enabling our experienced “eduventure” staff to ensure the utmost safety while the students learn and have fun. Our staff and trainers are fantastic and professional eager to enjoy the camp with your students. Irrespective of the team building activities, our primary goal is to provide a safe, secure and happy environment where every student feels confident to explore, play and learn.

Game Show Gambit:

This team building activity tests your team’s knowledge of your company, department, industry and their co-workers by hosting mini game shows. Jeopardy, Password or a basic trivia format work well. This requires some creative thinking on our part and planning on your part but will be informative and fun for your co-workers. This activity can become an ongoing team challenge where points build from meeting to meeting. Prizes can be awarded at the end of the Game Show Challenge so that the teams have something to work for.

Salt n Pepper:

Learning how to ask the right questions will be a challenge in this activity. The team building activity will encourage teamwork as interacting with the other team members is necessary.
This activity is fun, excellent for energizing your team, and also great as a get-to-know-one another exercise. It doesn’t take up a lot of time and requires a few simple materials like a pen, tape, and small sheets of paper. As Q21, come up with pairs of things such as, salt and pepper, yin and yang, shadow and light, peanut butter and jelly, Mickey and Minnie mouse, male and female, and so forth, everyone must walk around asking yes or no questions in order to find out what word they have taped to their backs. Once paired the creativity begins.

Role Play:

Learning how to spot the gaps will help those participating understand the importance of their roles, their suggestions, others roles etc. The activity will encourage teamwork as interacting with the other team members is necessary.

Weakest Link:

As the activity is titled, this activity will highlight the process required to identify where there is a weak link and come up with strategies to address/present/modify the weak link.
Each team member will be required to understand the tasks presented and participate to ensure that the entire team collects the necessary points.

Scavenger Hunt:

Each team is given a series of questions that must be answered correctly in order to find the correct path. Each path requires the team members to go through a series of obstacles and complete a series of tasks. This activity is one that would require each team member to understand their role on the team, determine the appropriate leader, appreciate each other’s unique strengths etc. Throughout the hunt, team members collect points towards the ultimate prize.
